One of my co-workers is getting married this weekend, and I made her a bunch of this super cute Thank You card. She’s having a beach wedding, so I thought the flip flops stamp from Just Beachy would be perfect.

For the top layers, I used The Tearing Edge to make sure I had control over my ripping. When cutting the paper I added 2/3″ to each dimension to allow room for me to tear off the paper.

For the flip-flop image, instead of inking it with one color, I used Stampin’ Write Markers to color the sand and flip flops different colors. The color scheme on this card is very Rich Regals…with some Sage Shadow.CTThankYous 003-c

I also made my co-worker a cute 3×3 card, also playing off of the beach wedding theme. This card, while small, uses stamps from 4 different sets, and a lot of Stamp-a-ma-jig use. I stamped the fish in Black Staz-On and colored them with Stampin’ Write Markers. The hearts were also colored with Stampin’ Write Markers and for two of them I mixed Taken With Teal and Rose Red to get that funky mixed color. The bubbles are from a stamp from Circle Circus – inked with a marker and stamped using the Stamp-a-ma-jig to make a bubble pattern.
