For NaBloPoMo, Wednesdays I will feature Digital Cards, which means that I’ve made them entirely on the computer.
In mid-November I’m participating in a vendor fair to benefit the Salem County Autism Support group. As part of my participation, I’m donating a basket of goodies for the chinese auction, and I wanted to put together a nice note to include on the inside. Rather than just typing something up in Word and then mounting on cardstock, as I have in the past, I decided to make the note in My Digital Studio.
I found it hard to pull off Shabby/Vintage in digital form. I used lots of layers, mixing and matching paper, adding “stamp” overlays to distress the paper. But what I couldn’t do is give it that ripped up, falling apart, aged look. I guess I need to play around with MDS more.

Hi - I'm Katy.
