I loved the baby card from last week so much, I decided to remake it for the Embellish Magazine Baby Theme Color Challenge. The colors for that challenge are Yellow, Cream, Peach, and Green – I used So Saffron, Naturals Ivory, Peach Parfait and Pear Pizazz cardstock.
Same bling as last time…shimmery linen thread, shimmery ducks on the onesie, shimmery label with rhinestones on it.
I made a few additions…the hanger is now all wire, I added a ribbon to step it up a bit more, and I dressed up the inside of the card as well. Here are a side view that shows the dimension to the card and an inside view that shows the sentiment:

Since I’ve been told repeatedly that I should sell my creations, I’ve launched an online shop at ShopHandmade.com. I’ve also added a “Shop” page to this blog that will have a glimpse of the current products that I have available for sale.
The first item I listed is this fantastic Thank You Set that I made for my friend’s daughter birthday.
It has 20 Thank You Cards and envelopes (10 each of 2 designs) which are held in a fabulous purse that is customized with an initial. The idea is that the cards could be sent as is, or the images could be colored (my friend’s daughter loves art, so coloring would be a fun way to make them ‘hers’”. It is $40, which includes shipping inside the US. You can purchase a set here.
Here are some of the things I made for Valentine’s Day:
This cute little box fits several Ghirardelli Chocolate Squares. It was so simple to make – you can find the tutorial here. This box features Bella Rose DSP and three punches: Scallop Square, Scallop Edge, and Heart to Heart.
Here is a cool gift card holder I made on Wednesday:
When I found the template for this holder, I knew I had to try to work it into my Holiday Card Class this year. The card is made by folding the DSP then decorating the outside and inside. It was so easy to make!
