Lovingly Pink
Here is another great Valentine’s Day card. I made this for the Moxie Fab Monochromatics Color Challenge and used Clean & Simple Stamping’s FTL125 sketch. The challenge was to use 3 shades of pink…I actually used 4 by accident – I grabbed the wrong marker, oops! To add some more texture I sponged Whisper White Craft ink gently to the raised parts of the embossed pieces. I also added some shimmer by dotting Illuminate Smooch on the embossed pieces and adding some small pearls on each of the letters in “LOVE”. Supplies Stamps: Broadsheet...

This card was quite a journey. It started as a card for a Splitcoast Stampers challenge where the image was supposed to be “entwined” in some way. Last week Moxie Fab World posted a series of color challenges inspired by their new Color Inspiration for Card Makers issue. Supplies Stamp Set: Love You Much Paper: Peach Parfait, Whisper White, In Color Patterns DSP Paper Pack Ink: Regal Rose, Basic Black, Versamark SU! Tools/Accessories:...

Christmas kind of swept past me, and while I got my Christmas Cards for friends and family done, I totally flaked on my coworkers. So I decided that I’d make them New Years cards instead. This card was inspired by the Moxie Fab World Tuesday Trigger (the mittens) and the Glitter is Glam challenges. I love the Moxie Fab challenges because they inspire while giving a lot of room to create in my own way. It is a pretty straightforward interpretation of both challenges…stripes and accents covered in glitter. Here is the card that I’ve designed for my bosses: To make the star,...

Talk about a quick card! Peaceful Season in Always Artichoke and Cherry Cobbler on Kraft, with Gold Lame Smooch for the berries. I whipped this card up yesterday, and I’m so pleased with how it came out.
